Bandera Springs Circle

This is a 1 bedroom apartment that I am listing as if it is a 2 bedroom without a common area. It is a small space (~600 sq ft), but I am having trouble paying rent on my own. Rent would be approxiately 650$ a month. Somethings you would need to be okay with:

• The floorplan picture is close but WRONG. The kitchen wall extends all the way and there is a door. The floorplan looks like a studio but it is really a 1 bedroom.
• I use the common area as my bedroom, and so there is no dining table area.
• There is an in-unit washer and dryer!
• I have a cat, Basil, who would need to be the only animal. She is incredibly sweet.
• I have very little space available for furniture other than a small room. You would not be able to bring a lot of furniture or stuff other than a bed and maybe a desk.
• I am looking not only for a roommate but also a very good friend. We would need to get along well to live in such close quarters. I’d really love to get to know you more before moving forward.
• Depending on how well we vibe, I really don’t mind if you don’t have a bed for awhile when you first move in.

• My name is Sun. I am 22 years old.
• I am EXTREMELY clean, organized, and generally very quiet. I would want a roommate who is also very clean and willing to communicate like adults about any disagreeements.
• I do not have a car and spend almost all of my time at home as right now.
• I work 3pm to midnight Tues-Sat at my computer as a call center representative working from home
• I am a cannabis smoker, but I use a smoke buddy indoors and generally smoke outside. NO CIGS INSIDE PLEASE.
• I am an easy going, chill, and extremely empathetic and considerate person. I would need a roommate who is on the same wavelength as I am.
