The property’s located right by downtown Castle Rock. It’s just a walk away from all of the great new and old local shops and restaurants. It’s less than 5 minutes away from I-25. I’m currently listing the master bedroom so you’ll have plenty of space, your own walk-in closet, and bathroom. The home comes with its own washer and dryer.

I keep pretty busy with work. I’m a pool manager, a volleyball and swim coach. I can work early mornings and somewhat late nights but I’m typically home and in bed no later than 10pm. I’m pretty social and love meeting new people but try to stay respectful of others boundaries. I have a cat named Dime but she’s pretty well behaved. My boyfriend might stop by sometimes but he’s really nice.

I also have a roommate named Bre. Super sweet and social. She’s a vet tech and works Monday-Thursday. We both have people over but are good about communicating it.
