I’m a single mom who works. My home is a place of peace for my kids so I’d prefer someone who is responsible, clean and respectful. Utilities and internet included if you’d rather pay $850 . I have two cats and two kids, all well behaved and lovable. Im very laid back and make friends very easy but won’t tolerate nonsense or problems around my kids. No excessive drinking or violence. And I won’t tolerate theft.
