Hi! I’m Jessica and this is lovely house. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath house on a cul-de-sac. There are 2 rooms available w/ a shared full bathroom. The larger room is $950 a mth, the smaller room is $900. The roommates have their own refrigerator and some cabinet space in the kitchen. Parking is available in the culdesac and in the driveway. The utilities are included with the rent which is due no later than on the 1st of every month. If you plan to move out, a 30 day notice must be given on the last day of the month plus rent for the 30 days. The lease agreement is month to month. And must pay a security deposit before moving in.

I’m the owner of my house and I’m 23 just wanting a chill home life where I can be stress free. I am looking for 2 roommates for the two rooms available. The house is equipped with Ac/heat, cathedral ceilings,shared full sized bathroom, quiet and respectable neighborhood, large kitchen with all the appliances included for example two fridges and freezers, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer, Etc There are two living rooms and a spacious backyard. I also have the “Ring” doorbell installed and an alarm system. I have 2 amazing dogs and kitties. Pets are accepted with an extra $50 per pet. If you are a couple rent is higher on top of the pet fee. I’m just looking for someone chill, easygoing, quiet, respectful and who picks up after themselves etc. In general we try to keep things separate like food, utensils, cleaning supplies, laundry, and bathroom items. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am Communication and respect are a must.
