I have a large bedroom available with a private bathroom, uniquely painted, lots of natural light. It is semi-furnished with a mattress. The house is charming and quirky with a large kitchen and huge backyard and patio. Located in Kiestwood, a lovely, very safe neighborhood in Oak Cliff. There is a coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance, Kiest Park and hiking/biking trails nearby. It’s a very short drive to Bishop Arts District, and about 15 minutes to anywhere downtown. Rent is 700 and includes utilities and internet.

I’m a 47yo classical musician. I teach lessons from home (virtual) and work as a special needs therapist. Nonsmoker, no pets, my three year old stays with me a couple weekends per month. I have a calm, relaxed personality, I am clean and very very respectful.
