Located on the east side of Providence, the apartment is walking distance from a large plaza including a Whole Foods as well as walking distance from Hope Street and all the amenities that includes! For being so close to the city it is a quiet neighborhood, and includes an off-street parking spot. There is a decent sized multi-level backyard if you’re interested in spending some time outdoors as well!

We are a student and a professional, aged 24 and 23 respectively, we pride ourselves on trying to maintain a neat and tidy environment, we have the cutest little pup in the whole world, (his name is Mayo.) We are super quiet and tend to keep to ourselves and we’re easy going as long as you do your part to keep the house in order! Please contact us with any questions!
