Dillon's room

I have a room in a very clean, quiet, upscale neighborhood in southeast Chandler bordering Gilbert. Close to parks, fishing, basketball, archery, disc golf, 3 golf courses, biking/walking trails, as well as shopping, theaters, restaurants and more.

The room for rent is furnished with a queen bed, sheets, pillows, desk and storage, but it can be unfurnished if you prefer. On the first floor there’s a workout room with mats, bands and yoga mat, a large eat-in kitchen, family room, extra large pantry, laundry room, covered patio with patio furniture and BBQ by the pool. On the second floor, there’s another living room and full bath. Parking on the driveway is available. Additional space in garage to store items is available for a fee. Please let me know your storage needs.

We are very clean and respect your privacy. We have rented out a room to college students, interns and professionals in the past. Roomie must be over 18, no children due to pool safety concerns.

I’m a working professional with two active teenagers and a small hypoallergenic dog. We’re clean, active and sociable, yet respectful of others privacy.
