The room is furnished with a full size bed, a night table, and a desk, but it can be empty if you want to bring your own furniture. Clean and quiet house near back gate of Camp Pendleton Military Base. No smoking/vaping/use of any drugs (not even prescribed marijuana) in the house, nor around it. Great neighborhood, Cul-de-sac. Parking right in front of the house, No street sweeper. Near Lowe’s, Walmart, target, Ralphs, and restaurants. 10 min. drive to the beach. The price is $950.00/month including utilities (WI-FI, gas and electricity, water and trash collection, and HOA fees). If you use a personal A/C and/or heathers is charged extra because electric bill gets extremely high when someone uses them. A $950.00 deposit is also required at moving in. This security deposit will be returned to you at move out, as long as you return in the same condition as it is given to you. The room has new vinyl flooring, ceiling fan with remote control, and a mirrored doors closet. Room is empty but I can lend you a full size bed, a night table, and a TV stand. The bathroom is shared. Full house privileges. Doing your laundry in the garage is included as well. All common areas are shared. Just clean after yourself. Six months minimum for this price. Weekly term prices are a little bit higher. Negotiable. My other 2 roommates are long term renters. Looking for one more, short or long periods.

Non of us smoke, vape, nor take any kind of drugs. You must be respectful, pay rent on time and in full, and cleans after himself.
