North Impala Drive

We live on the northwest end of Fort Collins almost to La Porte. It is a quiet, pretty, family oriented area with big trees that attaches to a local trail. We have one extra room available that’s great for one person and has a closet. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, second living room are open to everyone. We are pretty laid back and both work day jobs. We’re looking for someone independent as well as someone who can help out with rent. We have a little dog named Jack. He is a sheltie with a good amount of energy and slowly getting out of the crazy puppy stage. But he loves people and is very friendly.

My names Parker, I’ve lived here for 3 years now. I love the outdoors and the winter, raised in the mountains I like to hike and snowboard even though I’ve had to cut back on that since I’ve moved back to Colorado. I work at a warehouse, love craft beer, sports, and lounging around after a good days work. Roommates name is John and his lil dog named Jack. John works a day job as well loves video games and board games and also enjoys craft beer. Also he enjoys going out and seeing what Colorado’s national forests have to offer. Jack is a cute kinda rambunctious lil guy that loves pets and playing with toys, absolutely despises squirrels though.
