Located in a quiet neighborhood NW of Houston near highway 6 and Little York. Within walking distance to grocery stores, banks, and shopping centers. The community is crime-free and has a nice walking trail, tennis court, volleyball court, and swimming pool. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Looking for someone mature, no drama, easy to get along with, and clean. No pets, illegal activities, or drugs. permitted.
We are all full-time working professionals or college students who typically stick to ourselves daily, but also enjoy some socialization with each other when time permits. Everyone has their own schedule with going to work/school or staying in their room most of the time when they are home. We occasionally have movie/board game nights which all are welcome but not required. Did you see the theater room? We make sure the home is very quiet and clean.
