The room is large with a connecting private bath. It is on the other side of apt so it is very quiet and private. Apt is 50ft from a pretty pond with tables, bbq, lots of birds and baby birds you see right after born. There are 2 swimming pools, fitness center and playground for kids. We are 10 minutes away from everything you can ever want, Waterford Lakes Town Center, hospital, UCF, 408 & I4, 100 restaurants, grocery stores, sports venues, etc. Very friendly, safe and quiet area.

I live alone. I am kind, thoughtful, respectful of others, extroverted, responsible, love to make people smile/laugh to brighten their day. I have a myriad of things I like to do but like my alone time and stay home and chill. I have beautiful, sweet, loving dogs that sleep most of day (older) and only bark if someone knocks on the door, seriously! So must love dogs. I want my roommate to be kind, thoughtful, respectful, clean and care for the apt/room like it was their own. You are welcome to use anything in apt (except my room!) inc kitchen, dining and family room. Just pick up/clean after yourself. I’m very easygoing and I’d like someone that is same. Must be drama free. Very calm, quiet & relaxed atmosphere.
