SHARED LIVING SPACE FOR A YOUNG PROFESSIONAL — Newly renovated, clean, fully furnished master bedroom, and en-suite bathroom available for rent November 1st. This bedroom has a custom walk in closet, smart TV, in unit washer/dryer, and free assigned parking space in a gated community. Rent for the room is $1,080 plus 1/3 of electric and wifi.

A little about the unit, the floor plan includes two master bedrooms. As such, there’s a master bedroom on each side of the unit. These bedrooms are separated by the living and dining room, kitchen, and patio.

Neighborhood amenities include: a gym, sauna, pool, hot tub, basketball court, grills, picnic tables, and bike racks.

If you work in Washington, D.C., you’re in luck. This place is a commuter’s dream. Included in the amenities is a free 10 minute shuttle to Pentagon City Metro station every half hour on weekdays. From Pentagon City, you are only two stops from L’Enfant Plaza, the most central metro stop in Washington, D.C.

If you’re not going into Washington, D.C. you might enjoy Old Town, Alexandria. Old Town is a 10-minute drive down King Street. There, you can enjoy restaurants, shops, and beautiful walks.

If you drive West, in ten-minutes you’ll be in Bailey’s Crossroads. Here, you will find a mega-Harris Teeter, post office, bank, and other essentials.

Who we are: young professional couple, engaged — mid twenties / early thirties.

One of use works in downtown DC as a lawyer, the other from home as a CPA until offices re-open. We enjoy spending time outside, working out, trying new restaurants and cooking. We keep the common areas very tidy and always clean up after ourselves when we cook.
