Available room in a 3 bed 2 bath house in downtown San Jose.

• Plenty of free parking in the driveway and the street
• Rent is $850 per person ($1700 for the room) which includes garbage, recycling and gardeners. We split all utilities evenly. $1133 for one person.
• Quiet hours are 11pm-8am
• Social distancing with outsiders is a must. No guests in the house during pandemic, and we’re trying to keep outside socializing to a minimum *Quick freeway access to 280, 101 and 880 *Walking distance to SJSU and downtown

We’re looking for a couple or 2 friends willing to share a room in our awesome house. It’s the largest bedroom on site. Rent for the room which includes landscaping is $1700 a month, or $850 per person. If you’re by yourself, rent would be $1133 a month. The room has plenty of natural sunlight and you would have your own private bathroom. Roommates are both male - one is 26 the other is in his early 20’s, both working professionals. Looking for someone who’s drama free, tidy, financially stable, and respects quiet hours. Move in date is flexible and the room can be available ASAP.

Roommates are both male - one is 26 the other is in his early 20’s, both working professionals. We both have musical backgrounds and enjoyed listening to good music and watching good movies. We mostly keep to ourselves but like to come together occasionally for living room kickbacks. I’m sure we’ll hit it off with you!
