Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. Private bedroom with connected bathroom available at central park apartments, which is a new apartment complex. Washer and dryer located inside the apartment. There is plenty of parking located at the complex. Utilities and WiFi bill is split between roommates. I am unsure what the security deposit would be, but let me find that out for you. Two animals are allowed with a emotional support animal doctors note as long as my roommates are comfortable with it.

2 female roommates that have moved over from Vietnam to attend college. They are clean and respectful.
