$175 a week. $150 NONREFUNDABLE deposit. So $325 to move in. It’s fully furnished. No overnight guests, this room is for ONE person. Located close to IRSC main campus, US-1, 95, and turnpike. Room is downstairs in the back, bathroom is in the living room area. Wi-Fi and netflix are included. Smart tv and roku. You will have complete access to kitchen, laundry, living and dining room. Please keep in mind this is my house, not a shared apartment. Crazy that I have to even say this but you will be required to provide for yourself when it comes to food, laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper, etc etc etc.

I’m 27 years old, I live alone but I do have a boyfriend that occasionally comes over and will stay the night if we get back too late or he can’t drive home. I rarely ever have guests. Messaging a million times isn’t going to convince me to rent my room to you. Yes you must pay for and get a background check, I did it. Tell me about yourself, and not the sugar coated version, I want to know your biggest pet peeve. I won’t respond if you don’t have a picture or if you just say “hey I’m interested”. I work A LOT and keep to myself and don’t want somebody who is gonna wanna make small talk everytime we cross paths. I’m ALWAYS in a hurry or on a mission so I tend to be less talkative and more to my self. I don’t do it to be rude but Im probably thinking about 10873883 million things at any given time. I want to feel comfortable and relaxed in my home, I don’t want to feel like I have to entertain a guest 24/7. And please understand the amount of messages Is overwhelming, if I open and read your message don’t be offended.
