If you are unemployed do not even bother coming here I need people who can really demonstrate you can pay the rent a I will not accept late payments. No smoking is permitted inside the Appartment and no high volume music after 10pm. This is a very clean and nice appartment for decent people. If you like to drink a lot or smoke a lot or someone who is a drug addict then my place is not for you.
