Fully furnished with brand new bed. Mountain View and large patio,grass yard —two living room areas, private bathroom ( will be shared if 2 rooms are rented). Walking distance to stores , restaurants and more Most utilities included depends on 1 or 2 rooms rented would be 1/3 of electric or gas depending on season. We can discuss at interview. I’m a 65 yr young woman who love God and my congregation. I need another believer that has a personal relationship with God. I love to sing and am on our worship team. I keep to myself and am very carful with the covid 19 and wear a mask when out . Mostly home but you would also need to be very careful and responsible with the covid as well.
