We are a Muslim family located in Woodbridge, VA. We are very respectful and friendly people. The house is located right on the Davis Jefferson hwy and next to a shopping center, restaurant etc. We are looking for one (1) individual to rent a nice bedroom to in a townhouse; which is available now for rent for $700/month! This includes all utilities, internet and use of the kitchen, washer, dryer and other common areas. You will also have access to a fridge, freezer and shared bathroom. This is an unfurnished bedroom.
Sorry, but no smoking is allowed and no pets* Also, there is a $350.00 security deposit required.
