17th Street

Looking for someone to fill my lease for a room on the hill. I am planning on transferring schools and moving states. The room is located at 805 17th Street, the house is in a perfect location on the hill in my opinion, CU’s campus is right down the street and is a perfect opportunity for a student once the campus opens back up. Walking distance to chautauqua, bus stops, restaurants, and bars on the hill. There is also a parking spot available that is located in the alley. My roommates are all male and students at CU, very calm and studious. The room available has windows and a closet, see photos attached. Feel free to reach out, I can show the place whenever. Bed and Desk can be sold for cheap and left in the room if wanted.

Roommates are student’s attending CU (online). Super chill and down to earth people. I live with 3 roommates (male).
