Smith Street

Hey there!!

Three room mates (2 f, 1 m) looking for a fourth to share our extremely spacious two-level apartment in Carroll Gardens.

Directly across the street from the Smith/9th St. F&G train, this renovated brownstone has 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer/dryer. In addition to a gigantic kitchen and dining area, we have a large fifth bedroom on the second floor that we use as a living area that can also be used as a bedroom for visiting friends and family (note the pictures of the room with the sloped ceiling). You would share your bathroom with one other person.

The room we are renting is $1275 a month. In addition we have to pay utilities which on average comes out to approximately $60-$80 a month.

We are in our 20s and 30s and looking for someone responsible, courteous, and clean. We have been living together for over two years and have an awesome dynamic; we keep to ourselves for the most part but have a great rapport when we do interact. I work in fabrication/set design, my other room mate restores old photographs at MoMA, and the other works for a film producer.

I have lived here for over two years and loved every second of it. This is truly a great find and we hope to find someone who appreciates it as much as we have! The amount of space and amenities as well as the location for the amount of money is 100% worth a look.
