Really cute house! The house is furnished but the bedroom is not. The bathroom is shared with one roommate. The house was updated this year and the kitchen has all new appliances. Large garage that has been half converted into a workshop. Fenced in backyard with lots of parking. Internet is included with utilities. We have a washer/dryer.

We are two female roommates that recently moved to Florida. We were supposed to move with a third friend but she backed out last minute and so we are in need of a roommate to rent out the third room. One of us a full time grad student and the other one works full time. We are very quite and for the most part we keep to ourselves. We have one cat and one dog, so we can’t have any more pets as per the lease. The dog is an extremely well trained and very friendly pit mix.
