The two bedroom basement is available (two bedrooms, living room, bathroom). The laundry room is down there so that is shared and the kitchen is on the main level which is shared. I have two dogs so prefer no more pets and my grandkids are allergic to cats. It’s pretty quiet here and the fastest speed with unlimited data internet is included in the rent as well as gas, water, and electric. Month to month lease available until we see how things go.

I’m 68 and work at CSU, but am working from home during covid. I spend my time in rooms on the highest level using primarily just the kitchen on the middle level except when my kids visit which is usually no longer than a day or two. I prefer quiet but there are wood floors and the dogs can be heard walking on the floor. One dog is a husky so she’s a talker but neither are incessant barkers and both very friendly.
