Bushwick Avenue

Hi there, my roommate is moving out due to COVID reasons and we need someone to take over the lease for her bedroom.

About the bedroom:

• Large bedroom with full private bathroom
• Bedroom currently has a queen size bed, a large dresser, a closet and a tall IKEA armoire that acts a second closet, with still enough space to do yoga!
• Has a large window that provides great light through out the day and looks to the back of the building, so it’s pretty quiet.
• can come furnished or unfurnished - based on your preference.

About the apartment/building:

• Building facade is original pre-war, however the interior of the building was fully gutted and redone. The building received it’s first new tenants only a year ago.
• Walk-up but only two flights of stairs to the apartment.
• Modern style inside, and new appliances.
• Living room area has exposed brick and three very large windows with great light through out the day as well.
• Virtual intercom
• Laundry in the building

About the area:

• Right above the Montrose L train stop, so a very quick commute to the city and all of Williamsburg. The G and J/M are also close by.
• On bushwick Ave, which can be noisier, but the bedrooms are in the back of the building they are pretty quiet, and you typically don’t hear much in the living room.
• Walking distance to SO MANY bars and restaurants such as Topaz, Tradesman, Champs, Duck Duck, Win Son and many many more.
• Small grocery store only one block away, many convenience stores all around, and a larger convenience store less than half a mile away (but also above the trains stop so you can go to Whole Foods in Williamsburg if desired)

ABUOT ME: I’m 29 years old and originally from Colorado but been in NYC for almost 8 years. I work as a recruiter for the fashion industry and am working at home for the time being. Otherwise I am usually out and about! I love being outside, trying new bars and restaurants and traveling when I can. I am social, friendly and outgoing, yet love my personal space sometimes too. Like to keep things neat and clean and looking for someone who is also and respects each other’s space.
