Common areas are kitchen/pantry & living room with wood laminate and tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted. Building amenities include: front desk concierge, pool, sundeck, fitness center, business center, huge laundry room and parking space for one car. We have no pets or kids. Building is non smoking but pet friendly (management requires a pet deposit & pet rent) but we have to ask for no cats as one of us is allergic. All other pets are welcome as long as you clean up after your own. We are generally quiet, nerdy, hardworking people who love watching movies or tv. Friendly & welcoming to all, no matter who you are or what your background is. Every once in a while, when it is covid-safe to do, we will have low key friends over but nothing crazy and we appreciate the same from you.

Move in will be November 1st and deposit is required through the management office. Once you pass a credit check, you will need to sign a one-year lease
