I have a beautiful 2200 sq foot house that sits up on a hill overlooking downtown Reno - very close to UNR campus (5 mins), hospitals (10) and easy access to the freeway (2-3 mins). Lots of hiking mountain biking trails about 10 min walk from front door. Kitchen is equipped with all the good stuff and fully accessible to you. Streaming capabilities for Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. I have 2 great rooms- one with a tv the other more for sitting a relaxing with fireplace. I have a lot of plants and big windows for beautiful natural light. The bedroom is spacious with full dresser, queen bed, and big walk in closet. The bathroom is mostly private with shower & bathtub.

I have a full fenced in backyard- Having always been a dog owner myself, but now that my dogs have passed I ended up with 2 cats- pie and bean. They are mostly outdoors and when indoors sleeping and relaxing. I would require Deposit that is fully refundable with no damages. Simple lease agreement and room walk through. About the property: 2700 sq foot house The room has a queen sized bed, large dresser, and large closet. The bathroom is right near room and would be mostly private (shared shower as the downstairs bath lacks shower). Standard bathroom with shower tub combo.

About us: Jessica and Taylor. We are young professionals In our 30s. I work during the day M-F, hybrid at home and in an office in Reno. Taylor works nights Wed-Sunday and some days at home. We both teach yoga on the side, ski/snowboard, and rock climb. Very active, adventurous, and live a conscious life (food, environment). We are respectful of shared spaces and value open communication. There are 2 cats- named Pie. And Bean. They are outdoors 75% of the time and are very friendly and low key usually sleeping only when inside.

Full dining area with 6 seats 2 living areas- 1 with tv and the other one with fireplace and beautiful views of mountains and Reno Skyline. Perfect for reading and relaxing The room is outfitted with queen bed, full dresser, and full size closet- lots of space. Downstairs has a one half bath Brand new Laundry washer + dryer in unit, central air and heat. Solar panels. Full sized organized neat garage for any storage of outdoor things (skis snowboard camping etc).
There is ample parking right out front of the house. Safe friendly neighborhood! Outdoor patio with beautiful views. 3 mins to 80 East, 35 mins to truckee 45-1.5 to Tahoe, 10 mins to major hospitals and 5 minted to UNR, Cute shop 5 mins walk with yoga, Mexican restaurant, vet, and nails Hikes right outside the neighborhood about a quarter of a mile walk to gorgeous trails -west keystone trailhead. Cute safe neighborhood- very enjoyable for walks/runs/hikes/bikes Close to the freeway!
