The newly renovated 1400sqft home has a lush backyard and brand new appliances. The house is currently fully furnished — living room (TV + Couch), dining (Table), kitchen (Appliances) — and you’re more than welcome to use everything as your own.

I’m looking to rent out the guest bedroom that has it’s own private bathroom (with shower), open closet, and lots of natural light. Also, if needed, I currently have a full-size mattress in the room that you’re welcome to use.

Hi, I’m Kenzie! I love coffee, listening to music, reading, staying active (yoga, hiking, running), cooking, and meditating. I work from home as a graphic designer in my office (attached to my room) during the week.

I moved from the midwest (MN) about a year ago and love it here! I also love meeting new people and making lasting friendships. I’m very positive, friendly, and outgoing by nature. I also tend to be a very clean oriented individual who enjoys maintaining a spotless and clutter free home :)

I own a super sweet 2 year old border collie named Mingo. He’s highly intelligent (will do tricks for treats) and well behaved (literally never barks). He loves head scratches, playing fetch, peanut butter, and long walks at the park.
