Sapphire Street

Hello,

I am going to have a room available starting September 1st. I am sad to see my roomie go! She is having to temporarily move back home. I have a good relationship with both of my current roommates and am hoping to find that again.:)

The place is great! Awesome location. Walking distance to the ocean. Great neighbors. Nice restaurants, parks close by. House is furnished, except for the available bedroom/bathroom. All of the rooms are private. The one available is the only bedroom downstairs, same level as the kitchen and living room. Private detached bathroom. It is technically the guest bathroom, so every once and a while will use for guests so they don’t have to run upstairs. There is one garage parking space available that the two new roommates will rotate. Up to you how often, every week/every month. Washer/dryer.

A little about what I am looking for: I prefer to live with another female. In their early 30’s as well or at least pretty close in age. Clean, respectful, friendly, pays the bills on time. I am ok with occasional house guests, ex: someone visiting for a weekend from out of town, boyfriends staying over here and there. Just not ok with it being ALL the time. Most importantly, must be a dog lover!!

I have a two year old dog named Cooper. He is a terrier mix, 9lbs. Just a little guy! He is impossible not to love if you like dogs. He is super sweet, loves people. Definitely need roommates that I can trust to be really good to him. :) A huge plus if you could help me out with him sometimes when I am not around!
