You’ll have a stress-free commute with less than 40 minutes to Penn Station New York and a quick 15-minute ride to Newark Penn Station. On-street parking permits are available for an annual fee of $150. If you prefer public transportation, the 41 bus route is conveniently just two blocks away.

To secure your spot, the monthly rent is $700, accompanied by an $700 deposit, making the total move-in cost $1400.
