This one bedroom in a 3 bedroom unit is amazing! It has a large closet, tv, dresser, and queen-sized bed. It’s next to the bathroom, which is shared with another roommate, and the in-unit laundry machines. It is tucked away from the living room and other bedrooms for quiet. The rest of the unit is brand new, with a large communal space and renovated kitchen. The luxury building has a gym, a courtyard, and a parking garage! *Please note: the “security fee” listed is actually an application fee ($100) and roommate change fee ($250) that the building management charges. Water and trash are included in the rent price, but internet and PSEG are separate and divided evenly amongst the 4 roommates! Also, the room is available from January 1, 2021 through April 15th, 2021 when the lease term is up!

I’m Erin! I am moving in with my boyfriend, otherwise I would still love to be in this unit. The master bedroom and bathroom is occupied by an amazing 25-year-old couple, Robert and Caroline. They have a beautiful and friendly dog named Koda! The other bedroom is occupied by a 22-year-old Stevens University alumni named Gianna! She will share the bathroom with the new roommate. They are all very clean, kind, considerate, and fun! The rent is split evenly 4 ways.
