Quiet, large master bedroom with private bathroom available in a lovely Victorian home in the Mission Dolores area of San Francisco. Looking for a responsible, considerate roommate to share the house.

Bedroom could be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. It has its own, modern private bathroom. The house has a lot of conveniences — large eat-in kitchen with pretty much every appliance and utensil you could ask for, large living room and dining room, yard out back (great space if you have a behaved dog!), full-sized washer and dryer, and lots of storage available.

Rent includes some utilities ( electric, water, garbage, sewage). Cable, internet, and bi-weekly housekeeping would be out split responsibility.

There’s also a small office space available if you’re working from home like a lot of us, along with a covered, secure, garage parking space to rent, only $100/month extra.

I would be the only roommate, and I’m a quiet, respectful, gay man, 51, working as an IT dork from home indefinitely due to the pandemic.
