Honglin's room

This is a two rooms apartment. You will live in one bedroom with a private bathroom and closet. This apartment is close to restaurants and supermarkets in less than 10 mins driving. Close to US 50 freeway in 4 min driving.

The property has a swimming pool and a small gym. The leasing office is supportive. Maintainance requests are always solved in one or two business days.

Each apartment has one free sheltered parking space and free to park in the open space. I have lived here since Nov 2019. I didn’t hear any crime report in this complex. It’s a peaceful and safe property.

For the room, I can’t bring my furniture along with me. I have a great lift desk and comfortable chair, printer for work, lamps, twin xl bed, TV, etc. If you’d like to take them over, I can leave them for you at a pretty lower price.

Because I will go to Newark, Delaware for my master’s program, I will move out from this apartment in the middle of July, maybe late but no later than 22nd July. My current roomie is a young professional with a constant job working from 9 to 5.

He smokes weeds from time to time, so he hopes the new roommate is 420/Cannabis friendly. He’s okay with a female roommate and an LGBT roommate. Based on my 8 months of experience, he showed respect to my privacy.

He’s a quiet and clean guy. He didn’t invite friends to drink or party at home a lot. I lived with him for more than 8 months and he always informed me beforehand.

Sometimes he brought his grandparents’ old dog home (3 times in 8 months), but he always asks me if it’s okay in advance.

I feel comfortable getting along with him because he is really easygoing and friendly.
