Private bedroom / private bathroom at The Marshall apartments!

The unit has 2 other roommates, both who also have private rooms & private bathrooms. Everyone is quite & keeps to themselves, but super friendly & lenient. The apartment also comes with amenities such as a gym, pool, basketball court, volleyball court, etc. Great for college students/young adults.

All utilities are included besides electric & gas. Lease would end August 2021.

For incentive to lease, I will pay your rent from now-December.

Both students at the university of Minnesota. young professionals who keep to themselves & spend a lot of the time out of the house or in their room. Not a problem if you’re loud. all they ask is that you clean up after yourself.
