Arapahoe Avenue

The condo is on the third floor in a safe, surveilled, faculty operated complex with a community lounge, pool, and fitness room available for residents, with restaurants on-site. King Soopers and 29th St Mall are well within walking distance, and CU main campus is 1 mile away from the location. The unit is a modern, upscale 2bed/2bath condo with in-unit washer/dryer, water heater, AC, a balcony, and a view of the Flatties. The living room is fully furnished. The only expense besides rent is the electricity bill, split 50/50 between you and myself.

I am an engineering student at CU in my second year. A few things I enjoy are working out, cooking good food, and making art. I tend to mind my own business, but I love spending time in company too! I have a very sweet, respectful boyfriend who is around very frequently; we’d love to share some vibes with someone easygoing! I wake up pretty early in the mornings–around 3-5am–but I am not loud during this time. I keep things pretty clean around the condo as well. All I ask is that communication is open, and I will be as adaptable as I can to any arising situation.
