Alexis's room

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for one more person (preferably female) for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in the Serra Mesa/ Kearny Mesa area. It is 1100 square feet and the total rent as a group is $2300 a month, which includes water, sewage & trash. We haven’t figured out the split costs yet so it might be cheaper than $850… We also haven’t picked our rooms yet so if you get the master bedroom it comes with your own bathroom!
