Vin's room

An apartment complex with two bedroom two bathroom. You will have your own room and bathroom all to yourself and we will share a common area that is somewhat furnished. My current roommate is moving out by November but if you need the space before then we can also arrange for such. Rent does not include electricity and internet which will probably not go over $70.

I’m a college student looking for a roommate. I am living in this apartment till May 2021, which is when my program will end. Unfortunately, my current roommate will be leaving and I will need a new roommate to fill her spot in until then. I like to keep to myself but I am also open to sharing things that need to be shared. I like my space to be clean to be courteous and respectful to the person I live with.
