Hello, I am renting out unfurnished private master bedroom of my apartment. I’m looking for a female tenant to rent out the Master bedroom which includes a closet and private bathroom. The whole apartment is furnished excluding the Master bedroom. The laundry room will be shared with the tenant, as well as the kitchen, one balcony and living space. Close to the Village, Westfield Topanga, and Northridge mall as well as Costco, Trader Joe’s, Jons, and other grocery stores.

I am a 28 y.o female professional living in a quiet 2 bedroom 2 bath with 2 car garage spaces apartment in the 91303 area of Canoga Park. I value living a creative, respectful, clean and healthy lifestyle! Especially with Covid, I prioritize my health through taking precautions with who I see and maintaining both of the house’s and my personal hygiene.

I am looking for someone that works out of the house and has a life outside of the house. I am gone 45 hours a week working, Mon-Fri 7:30 to 6:30 and Sat-Sun you wont even see me between and 11am-9pm. Lastly, I am looking for someone who shares my values of respect, cleanliness, health and creativity!
