Room + semi-private bathroom in a beautiful, colorful, and peaceful home. I installed brand new flooring a couple of years ago and remodeled the entire bathroom. Your future room is located on the spacious lower level of my house with a spacious bathroom right outside your door. My sister and I primarily use the upstairs bathroom so the downstairs one would be fairly private for you. But we ask that you keep it clean so it’s acceptable for anyone to use.

The lower level is over 1000 sq feet, completely furnished (except the bedroom), and it’s English style so there is a lot of natural light! We don’t use the living room down there often, so you have lots of privacy. We have a fenced backyard with a big deck, some light storage space in the garage and laundry room.

We are within walking distance to Lippold Park (right down the street) which has beautiful nature trails-athletic fields-disk golf-and even mini golf. We are close to bike trails, a boat launch ,which is a 1 minute drive, and West Beach is a 2-minute drive.

We also have an infrared sauna on the lower level, as a bonus perk!

Your room is 13x10 with new flooring and 2 newer windows with black-out blinds, so there is a lot of natural light if you want it or dark if you like to sleep in! A 13 x 10 room can comfortably fit a king-size bed, nightstand, tall dresser, a small desk, and enough room to walk around.

We have a mini aussie pup (25 lbs) who is quite calm for her breed and very friendly.

We will consider a long-term stay, 1-2 years, or a temporary rental of less than a year.

My sister and I live in the top level of the home. We are in our early 30s, hard-working, respectful, clean, keep to ourselves, and like a chill, positive atmosphere. We are friendly if you want to chat of course or share a meal together but we are mostly doing our own things. My hobbies are cooking + baking, yoga, hiking, road trips, and art. My sister is gone a lot to hang with friends and when she is home, likes to watch movies in her room or read on the deck. We would like a female roommate who is positive and shares similar values, namely respect and clear communication. Keeping your space and the shared space clean is very important to us.
