Hello! I have a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment in Bexley, Columbus and I am looking for 2 new roommates as my current roommates are both getting engaged and moving out. I am very clean and love decorating- if my apartment doesn’t look like it belongs on Pinterest/Tumblr I’m doing it wrong haha! I’m an artist and my room doubles as my studio, but I also have a part-time job to supplement income. I have a lot of friends over and love hosting guests, so you’d be welcome to do the same! I’m looking for 2 roommates who don’t smoke and are willing to help keep things clean and tidy. Our bright/modern kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/oven, microwave, plenty of storage, a pantry, and black granite countertops. Our big windows overlook a gorgeous courtyard with plenty of natural light and we have a huge balcony! This gated complex has a lot of amenities (free laundry, pools, happy hours at the clubhouse bar, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, a gym) and plenty of parking. The location is great, very close to the highway (33, 70E, 71, 270) and only a few minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. Tbh this place is too good to be true for the price which is why I really don’t want to move out. I am renting out the large Master bedroom which would be $400/month before utilities. It comes with a walk-in closet, a door to the balcony, and a private bathroom. I am also renting out the second bedroom for $350/month which comes with a regular closet and a shared bathroom. We pay for wifi, gas, and electric which is roughly an extra $50-$75/month per person. Trash is included and is picked up 3 times a week when we leave it outside our door. Water and sewage is also included. ** In the pictures I posted the grey couch and TV are not mine so it might look different when my roommates move out, but if you have furniture to bring that’d be fine!

I am an artist so I spend a lot of time at home in my room painting/drawing. I like to have friends over sometimes in the evenings but obviously not every day, I love meeting new people! My current roommates love this place too but want to move out to live with their significant others. This complex is very diverse; there’s students, families, retired couples, and everyone in-between. It’s a very safe area and everyone is super friendly!
