North Hoover Street

Hey! The apartment is in a residential neighborhood between Silverlake and Los Feliz. There are bars, restaurants, coffee shops and movie theaters in walking distance. It’s a fun neighborhood. The master bedroom will be available at the start of July. The room has a private bathroom and a window with a view of the neighborhood. There’s a closet and hardwood floors. There’s a free twin bed available if you so desire. Stephen (30) and Jonny (25) will be your roommates. Stephen is a filmmaker working on his first feature. Jonny works at a local grocery store. Believe me - you won’t find two greater fellas in all of LA. (The departing roommate is writing this.) We’re looking for a roommate who’ll fit well with the apartment’s relaxed atmosphere. Thanks! :)
