Welcome to your new home! You will have a large bedroom that can fit a king sized bed along with a nice sized closet, measures 11.5 ft x 10 ft 6in, closet has 7 ft 7 inches of hanging space plus a shelf. This room has been cross-posted. No sleepovers will be allowed.

Step out into the backyard at night and you can gaze at all the stars in the sky, we have something called a “Dark Sky” law, where we have to keep the lights low and this truly gives you an amazing view of the night sky.

The home comes with full access to the kitchen, including but not limited to a state of the art water ionizer, a Keurig, air fryer and other miscellaneous items. You also have access to workout equipment in the home including a treadmill and a punching bag, a nice sized grill, and a bathroom “spa” experience at home. You will also have access to general living areas (front room, yard, washer/dryer.) All windows in the home have privacy shades.

Your rent will include all utilities and wi-fi, no cable. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and offers several parks, basketball court, church and a shopping center at entrance of the community. A background check, proof of income/stable job and previous rental referral and check is required. Renter must be clean and have good hygiene.

I’m a single mom and my son and mother reside in the home full time with me. We have pets, we are friendly, outgoing people, like to have occasional backyard bbq’s, we are clean people, no drugs, not party animals and non-smokers.
