My name is Ari and I am a current college senior. I currently live in Central LA, however, I have to go back to campus next semester. I am looking for a tenant to sublease for me for the remainder of my lease Feb 1-July 25th. My current apartment is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom unit with a washer & dryer included and a master kitchen/living room space. I have three other roommates (Jet 25, Mia 18, Autumn 19) who work full-time jobs as well as attend school. My unit does not allow pets, so no pets, please! The location of the place is 8 minutes from USC and is a 4-minute walk from a supermarket, Starbucks, a discount store, etc. It is a 9-minute walk from the Expo/Western stop on the metro. The room (A2) is fully furnished, the room has a desk, a dresser, a bed, and a smaller dresser. The bathroom is fully stocked with cleaning supplies as well as toilet paper! I am looking for a female tenant (preferably a student, no stress if not), between the ages (18-25) with good credit/steady source of income as well as no criminal record. I need a reliable, trustworthy tenant who can pay the rent ON TIME every month. This apartment is LGBTQ friendly!
