About the roomies
I’m the rental manager for the owner, currently living at 3rd floor with my boyfriend and a small dog of mine.
The 3rd floor’s master bedroom is coming soon (available move-in date 01/01/2021).
The owner’s mother lives on the 2nd floor, a very nice older lady, who is welcoming, but doesn’t speak English.
The room is unfurnished, but has a private bathroom with a medicine cabinet, roomy sliding door closet, and a large room space with privacy.
Central air conditioner is provided, cooking is allowed in the kitchen, feel free to use the refrigerator or have your own, and laundry is on site, utility is included: WiFi, water, gas, electricity.
