Mission Gorge Place

I have a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath top floor unit overlooking a beautiful courtyard, roommate style layout, nice furniture, amazing amenities, centrally located near the 8 and 15 freeways. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. I am looking for someone to move-in asap and your rent is covered until July 1. You will need to pass a credit check and replace me on the lease, I am moving out because I’m relocating for work, there are 6 months remaining on the lease. The utilities will be split in half. You will have your own private bedroom with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. The bedroom furniture except the TV can remain if you would like to keep them and if you don’t want them will be removed when the lease is signed.

Here’s a bit about your future roommate. She is a young professional female and has the typical 9 to 5 Monday through Friday schedule. She is very easy-going, positive, happy, clean, respectful person. She has a small sweet dog and lives a very healthy lifestyle. In her spare time she likes to go to the marina, new restaurants and work out.
