There is a 2 car garage with electric opener with TONS of room for storage. The other bedroom is also on the 1st floor located by the front door which will be occupied by a new tenant as well.

***Master suite: Located on the 3rd floor includes en-suite FULL bathroom including; luxury shower, toilet, giant mirror, large cabinet storage, and sliding glass door that leads to your own private balcony overlooking Grand Ave. This is a very large room with alcove, complete with a large closet, and remote controlled ceiling fan. $1400/mo. + $1000 deposit. *There is a third bedroom on the 3rd floor occupied by our roommate, She has 2 service dogs; a 3yo black lab named Bravo and a 4yo terrier named Luca. We ask that you please respect her and her pets as she works long hours as a bartender. Also, the furniture in the living room belongs to her so please keep it clean as best you can.

*There is also a roommate on the first floor. He’s a working professional in his early 30’s and super chill. He’s not home most of the time and works up in Carlsbad so you really have the house to yourself most of the time.

Looking for:

Working professional ideally in their late 20’s-40. This is an adult household and there will be zero tolerance for partiers. Clean up after yourself and don’t leave dishes lying around the common areas. Things like taking out the garbage, cleaning the floors, dusting, etc. are a shared duty of the household and run on an honor system so please do your part. The complex is pet friendly but as there are already 2 dogs in the house we would have to make sure all animals got along. No cats. Must have proof of income, fill out rental application, good credit (700+), and the initial lease runs till October 20 (if you would like to re-up it, it goes month-month).
