You will have your own room which is 14x10 rectangle and a walk in closet with shelves. The common areas are the bathroom, kitchen, living room and covered patio. You will also have access to your private washer. Rent includes all utilities, including electric & water, 2 parking spots and access to the pool. Minimum 6 month lease / max 2 people per room. $875 rent for 2 people.

You will be rooming with my Dad John. He is 76 and a very kind man. He pretty much keeps to himself, is self sufficient and in great health. He is retired, likes to read, do crossword puzzles and watch old westerns. He is a smoker however, he only smokes outside. There is no smoking allowed inside the home. He loves to tell stories and is laid back and easy going. My dad gets a long with just about everybody!
