Looking to rent a room in my house in Midtown. Its a standalone house located just by the bars/restaurants on Gray St and a short walk to most offices downtown (less than a mile walk to Chevron or Deloitte). The house is fully furnished, the spare room included, but Im happy to remove the furniture from there if you’d like to bring your own. W/D in unit, two car garage, dishwasher, etc.

Happy to do month to month leasing or whatever is most convenient for you.

Just me living here (current roommate moving in with her boyfriend this fall). I am a 27 y/o straight male, I predominately work from home so Im here most of the time. My hobbies include cooking, biking, rock climbing, backpacking, and a bunch of nerdy stuff like dungeons and dragons. I didnt go out all too much prior to COVID but basically all of my friends got into relationships so I also didnt have anyone to go out with. Im a fairly clean and quiet guy overall though, laid back on most living things and try to be a decent landlord and keep the house in good shape too.
