About the room
Hello,
We have opening in 3 bed 2 bath apartment and its available from 25th Oct 2020. Currently it is shared by 3 IT professionals. One is moving back to his country. So, we have one bedroom with shared bath (will be shared with one other person) available.
It is month-to-month lease. Laundry is available within the unit. Rent includes garbage, utility and internet charges. Electricity will be shared among the three Street side parking (These days guest parking is open for everyone, so that can be used) Right next to 101 Freeway Close to many tech companies
About the roomies
We are two Indians : I work for Apple and the other works for Walmart Labs. We have been living here for over 4 years. We are in our 30s. We do hangout from time to time but also mind our own business.
