Sheldon Drive

This is a nice spacious house that has been turned into a duplex. We are on the main level. No pets allowed. The room we are offering is $615 (+/- a few dollars) per month and it has a closet and storage area in it. Bills are split throughout the whole house with the top floor (us) paying 60% (because 100/5 x 3).

We are not partiers but we aren't super anal about noises either. We just signed the lease but you will be added if you join! We are two girls: one in her last year of school, the other with two more years left. We are also clean and so we expect you to be clean as well. Again, we aren't anal about it, but we want everything to be tidy in all shared spaces. We can get bugs because we are near the ground, so we would hope that you don't do anything to attract critters. Our neighbors are students and the people on the bottom floor are grad students. The property has a long driveway, a one car garage and street parking. There is also a nice patio in the back and good sized backyard. The house is literally like a block from city park and a 20 min WALK to the library on campus.

Air conditioning, heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wood floors, rooms are a very nice size, etc.

We are fine with males and females, just be clean. If you have any questions please ask because I didn't include everything because this became long-winded.
