Bluffstone Drive

This listing is for a private bedroom that shares a bathroom with one other renter (me). The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom property. Garage parking, additional parking/storage, backyard, flexible move in dates, walking distance to park, 5 minutes to Dell Diamond Stadium, Salt Lick, and Kalahari Resort Indoor Waterpark, and 10 minutes to downtown Round Rock. 20 minutes to the domain/North Austin. 30 minutes to Downtown Austin. Wifi and all utilities are set up and split between renters. Two late twenties males live here already. Yard is mowed by lawn service. We have some furniture since photos were taken and plan to split more together! The landlord is fantastic. We have two friendly cats that mostly stay in their room! The bedroom is a good size with a closet (not walk in).

Hi! My name is Matt I am a 27 year old male, I rent this house from a great person I have known for a long time. He is very responsive and puts money and time into his property here. I am very laid back and mind my own business, I like to socialize and do things and am pretty active. I get along with almost all people! Not a ton of furniture yet but we can split some! I am hoping to buy more myself that we can share! Pete lives in the master bedroom, he is male 28 and really laid back and good guy.
