About the room
Need a room? No problem! The house currently occupies five well-rounded young adults seeking to find an additional roommate. Its recent remodel makes for an exceptional living space both inside and out.
The room itself is clean and functional, featuring a large window, closet, and remote control fan/light switch, for which the bathroom is positioned just outside the door.
We are looking for an individual who is employed full time or in school. Please be willing to move in within 14 days of today. Terms and conditions are negotiable upon first visit.
About the roomies
The house consists of five males. Three of which are in their last semester of college while the remaining two are fully employed. On the weekends, they enjoy the backyard pool or find themselves adventuring off with other friends. The philosophy of this house is of respect and consideration to each roommate as well as the guests that are invited in. It is a requirement that this be reciprocated upon acceptance of lease.
